Impact PX is a specialized People Experience consulting firm founded by former enterprise PX leaders who have built and led global functions inside complex organizations.

Most enterprises are investing in People Experience. Fewer are managing it as a business system.

PX efforts stall not because of intent, but because governance, decision rights, listening systems, product ownership, and measurement are not structurally aligned. Engagement improves. Initiatives launch. Yet business impact remains unclear and execution slows under scale and complexity.

We help CHROs, CIOs, and PX leaders design and manage People Experience like a product: governed with clarity, instrumented for performance, and tied directly to measurable business outcomes.

Unlike traditional HR consultancies, we do not focus on programs or slideware. We design PX operating models.

Our work spans:
• PX Strategy & Governance — clarifying accountability, decision rights, and enterprise prioritization
• PX Listening & Actioning — building integrated listening systems connected to measurable action
• PX Product Management — managing employee journeys as products with ownership, roadmaps, and performance metrics
• PX Capability Development — embedding product, design, and governance disciplines inside enterprise teams

Our approach blends human-centered design, agile delivery, and product management with deep enterprise realism. We account for scale, legacy systems, regulatory complexity, and change fatigue.

The result is sharper prioritization, faster insight-to-action cycles, stronger digital adoption, and clearer connection between People Experience and retention, productivity, and performance.

If you are navigating digital transformation, retention pressure, or PX scaling challenges, we help clarify where maturity truly stands and what will move it forward.
