Impact San Antonio is a women-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit transforming philanthropy through the power of collective giving. Bringing together more than 550 women across the Greater San Antonio community, Impact San Antonio empowers members to become both donors and decision-makers—creating meaningful, measurable change through purposeful philanthropy.

Each year, members collectively award more than $500,000 in grants, including multiple $100,000 transformational grants, to nonprofit organizations serving Bexar County and its contiguous counties. Since 2004, Impact San Antonio has invested more than $7 million into local nonprofits, strengthening communities and improving lives across the region.

Impact San Antonio supports organizations working within five focus areas: Arts & Culture, Education, Family, Health & Wellness, and Environment, Recreation & Preservation. Through a rigorous grant review process—including committee evaluations, due diligence, and site visits—members ensure that funding reaches organizations that create lasting impact. More than a grant-making organization, Impact San Antonio is a community of women united by a shared purpose: expanding philanthropy, empowering leadership, and creating transformational change for generations to come.
