IMPACT SHIFT, General Incorporated Association, is an organization dedicated to spreading the concept of impact and providing an accessible entry point for young and novice individuals. By making the movement toward solving social issues more approachable, we aim to engage investors, corporations, municipalities, and other stakeholders to foster a new generation of individuals interested in impact-driven initiatives.

In March 2024, we hosted "IMPACT SHIFT 2024" in Yurakucho, Tokyo, where approximately 650 participants, including businesses and professionals tackling social issues, gathered to discuss impact-oriented business and activities. Following this conference, to ensure the sustainability of this movement over the next decade, we officially established IMPACT SHIFT as a legal entity on August 23, 2024.
