Felix Mitchell is the co-CEO of Instant Impact, where they focus on building AI-powered talent acquisition functions for small to mid-sized businesses. They are also the Editor in Chief at Talent Bytes and host multiple podcasts, including "We Need to Talk About HR" and "We Need to Talk About AI." Felix studied Social and Political Sciences at the University of Cambridge and is currently enhancing their expertise in AI through a program at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
