Simon Luxford

Simon Luxford is currently the Senior HR Search Lead at Impact X, where they lead the HR Practice and leverage technology to enhance executive search processes. Previously, Simon served as Associate Director at Elliott Scott, specializing in HR recruitment, and spent over a decade as a Partner in the Senior HR division at Investigo. Simon's earlier career included managerial roles at Wright Solutions and Badenoch & Clark, along with recruitment positions at Michael Page and Connect HR Recruitment. They hold a BA Hons in Economics & Geography from the University of Portsmouth.
