Peter V. Nguyen

Peter V. Nguyen is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, governance, and compliance. They served as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Privacy Officer at Resolver Inc. from 2016 to 2020, managing a range of legal matters on a global scale. Nguyen has held key legal positions at various organizations, including GuestLogix and Moneris Solutions Corporation, and is currently a member of the Board of Directors at Impact Zero. Nguyen is also the founder of the GC Forum, promoting collaboration among in-house counsel, and has contributed as an Editorial Board Member for Canadian Lawyer Magazine since 2021. They earned a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University and a law degree from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law.
