Additionally, Thomas co-founded Commercepeople, aiming to enhance expertise in commerce through a network of specialists and agile team development. Prior experience includes Executive Consultant at Wenham Carter Group, where Thomas contributed to global recruitment and lead generation, as well as various roles from Property Consultant to Delivery Consultant at Countrywide Plc, the UK's largest property group. Thomas's career began at Impulse Leisure, where Thomas held positions as Sales Advisor and Deputy Manager from July 2009 to September 2014.
