ImpactA Global is a pioneering, women led private credit firm for global Emerging Markets, that helps catalyse investment in sustainable infrastructure. We will seek to solve funding gaps in transformational projects, and help unlock critical investment to drive climate transition and address inequality.

ImpactA Global seeks to provide bespoke private debt solutions for high impact infrastructure projects. Our approach is catalytic in nature and helps mobilise other well-established sources of funding such as development finance institutions, export credit agencies, and traditional lenders. Our proposed partnerships result in meaningful risk mitigation across the capital structure and lower credit risk as a result, allowing ImpactA to operate successfully and generate impact in more challenging markets.

ImpactA Global firmly believes that closing the infrastructure gap is key to maintain economic growth and reduce income inequality and, as such, is a multiplier for positive impact. As a team we are focussed on delivering triple line impact; pioneering women led impact investment, delivering innovative impact in financial markets, and most importantly driving impact outcomes in each individual investment.

We will focus on 4 key sectors and associated UN Sustainable Development Goals:
- Clean Energy & Renewables
- Sustainable Mobility
- Healthcare
- Water & Sanitation

ImpactA Global has a core team of seasoned professionals with extensive experience in Emerging Markets structured finance covering complex credit origination, structuring, execution, portfolio and risk management. This is complemented by a deep global network that will give ImpactA Global unrivalled access to an attractive pipeline of sustainable infrastructure transactions.
