Allison Baird

Allison Baird has extensive experience in marketing strategy and leadership across various financial institutions. At SVB, Allison served as Executive Head of Integrated Marketing Strategy, overseeing marketing for multiple business units and developing strategic marketing plans. Previous roles include Chief Marketing Officer at Boston Private, where Allison transformed the bank's brand, and Vice President at Fidelity Investments, focusing on product management and development. Allison also has experience in legislative affairs with the US House of Representatives and has held roles in fixed income research at Thomson Reuters. In 2024, Allison joined First Citizens Bank as EVP, Head of Marketing and Sales Enablement. Baird holds a BA in Political Science from Brown University and an MA in Middle East Studies and International Business Diplomacy from Georgetown University.
