Jonathan Sobczyk Boddington is the Founder and Group Director of ImpactEd Group, and they also serve as the Founder and Chair of The Engagement Platform (TEP). They previously held positions as Chief Executive Officer at both the Peter Jones Foundation and The Brilliant Club, and worked in roles at Accenture as Director and Chief of Staff for BCS Consulting. In the early stages of their career, they were a teacher at Bow School as part of the Teach First Programme.
