Helena Herlogsson is an angel investor and board member who currently provides funding and angel capital to companies and serves on multiple boards, including as a member of the board at Nextory and as chair of the board at Impactpool. They are owner of Lexis Invest and business owner of Qusthus (both since 2013) and provide financial expertise to portfolio companies. They previously spent more than 20 years as an authorized public accountant, including as a partner at Ernst & Young Sweden, served at Arthur Andersen, and served as a member of the board and vice chair of FAR; they studied accounting, tax and law at Stockholm University after earning a B.B.A. from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
