Henrik Rydén

Henrik Rydén has worked in various roles since 2004. Henrik began their career as a Research Associate at the University of Tokyo in 2004. In 2006, they became a UN and Development Bank Coordinator at Sida. Henrik then joined UNDP in 2008 and held roles as Project Manager, Human Resources Specialist, Operations and HR Analyst, and Recruitment and Talent Management Analyst. Most recently, they have been Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Impactpool since 2016.

Henrik Rydén obtained a Certificate from Cornell University in 2009 in Human Resources management in an International Organization. Henrik then went on to receive a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg in 2003-2004, majoring in Accounting and Finance. Lastly, they received a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) from the University of Gothenburg in 1999-2004, majoring in Public Administration.
