Marlene Björnfot

Marlene Björnfot has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to the present. Marlene'smost recent role is as the Fellowship Community Manager and Career Coaching Coordinator at Impactpool, where they support premium members and fellows with sector insights. Prior to that, they worked at Forum Syd as an HR-administrator and receptionist. Marlene also has experience as a Vårdibiträde at Danderyds kommun, a Global Mobility Administrator at SCA through Academic Work, an HR intern at Stockholm Environment Institute, and a youth leader at Danderyds församling. Additionally, they have held various retail positions at Plantagen, StudentConsulting, QWORK, and QWORK.

Marlene Björnfot began their education in 2004 at Åva gymnasium, where they pursued the International Baccalaureate program. Marlene completed their studies in 2007. Afterward, they attended Stockholm University from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a Kandidatexamen degree in Personal, Arbete, Organisation (Bachelor's Programme in Personnel, Work, and Organization). In 2011, they also had a short-term educational experience at The Hong Kong Institute of Education, although the specific degree and field of study during that time are unknown. In 2012, Marlene Björnfot enrolled in Kjesäters folkhögskola and completed a program in Värdebaserat Ledarskap (Qualified Leadership) by the following year (2013).
