Susan McDade

Susan McDade is an experienced Executive Leadership Coach at Impactpool, specializing in coaching leaders in international development on strategic management and senior women talent development since March 2020. Previously, McDade served as a Senior Advisor at UNDP, where strategic advice was provided on UN reform and regionalization strategies from August 2014 to February 2020. McDade held various senior positions within UNDP, including Assistant Secretary General and Director of the Bureau of Management Services, overseeing management strategies in support of the SDG agenda, and leadership roles in Latin America and the Caribbean. Notable earlier roles include Director of the Country Action Team at Sustainable Energy for All, UN Resident Coordinator in Uruguay and Cuba, and contributions to energy and environmental projects in China and Guatemala. McDade holds a Master's in Development Studies and a Bachelor's in Economics and International Development.
