ImpactRise is a community-driven initiative tackling the deep-rooted socio-economic barriers facing youth and women in Tanzania. Born from the need to dismantle systemic obstacles and unlock untapped community potential, we take a 360-degree, inclusive approach to empowerment and sustainable development.

Through data-driven diagnostics and local engagement, we design tailored interventions that equip individuals with the skills, resources, and support needed to thrive. From entrepreneurship and workforce readiness to access to capital and mentorship, our programs are rooted in evidence, relevance, and long-term impact.
