Ben Bostock is the Technical & Quality Lead at Impactt Limited, where they specialize in forced labour investigation and remediation, focusing on social issues within climate change, sustainability, and ESG. Since joining Impactt in 2019, Ben has led over 50 investigations in Europe, the Gulf, and Asia, and has developed the in-house Forced Labour methodology linked to the ILO's 11 Indicators. Their thought leadership includes co-authoring guidelines on migrant worker recruitment fees and wage theft, as well as an academic paper on forced labour in UK medical supply chains during the pandemic. Prior to Impactt, Ben was a Sustainability & Climate Change Consultant at PwC. They hold multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in International Political Economy from Nanyang Technological University.
