Named top 50 Change Maker and creator of MVT™ (Minimum Viable Transformation™) Impakt It is for businesses and institutions wanting to transform and innovate and remain market leaders. Our smart software empowers your organisation (or part thereof) to develop and execute your transformation or team strategy. It does this by synthesizing all technical tasks as well as people and change management elements including upskilling and engagement into a single process with inbuilt AI to guide throughout the process. ROI and benefits are tracked throughout, and everyone and everything is integrated into a single point of truth!

Impakt It creates the future ready workplace and home of innovation through business transformation and innovation.

Impakt It supports your business transformation by starting with granular in-house diagnostics with data insights which can be used to create your future vision (supported by us or another consultancy of your choice) and then focuses on imbedding the execution using your existing inhouse resources, ensuring the benefits are realised and ongoing as part of business as usual. Unlike 80% of failed transformations which often rely on special projects and ongoing external resources, which ends when the "special project" does, Impakt It focuses on imbedding the execution whilst upskilling internal resource so that transformation remains ongoing as it is designed to do.

The offering is designed so that return on investment and benefit realisation can be measured continuously and compared pre-transformation. The solution is designed so that engagement, change management and employee excitement are harnessed simultaneously to technical execution.

There is the added benefit of tracking all facets of the transformation as well employee skill development and skill gaps.

We also have a specialised training offering focusing on transformation and innovation skills at C-suite level all the way to entry level.
