Rayana Grace

Rayana Grace is an advisory committee member at Impala. Prior to this, they served as the arts and culture program manager at the Community Foundation of Southeastern Massachusetts from April 2018 to December 2020. From January 2015 to October 2015, they were a case manager at Harbour House Family Center. In 2012, they interned at Community Change, Inc., where they created a detailed workshop on systematic racism that they presented to various Boston school programs. Grace is passionate about education and civil rights and has dedicated their career to fighting for social justice.

Rayana Grace has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Boston College and a High School Diploma from New Bedford High School. Rayana also has a Certification in Major Gift Fundraiser Certification from the Veritus Group.
