Rory Neuner

Rory Neuner is a Senior Learning Officer at the Barr Foundation, where responsibilities include supporting the Learning and Evaluation team and managing grantmaking in the Sector Effectiveness program. In addition, Rory serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at American University, teaching graduate courses in Measurement and Evaluation. Previous experience includes roles as Evaluation Officer at the Michigan Health Endowment Fund, Senior Consultant at Public Sector Consultants, and Principal at R. Neuner Consulting. Rory has significant experience in urban policy, having worked as Program Manager at the Michigan Environmental Council and State Network Manager for the Safe Routes to School National Partnership. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in Political Science from Yale University and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago.
