Ivan Lechev

Ivan Lechev is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search and talent management. As the Director and Co-Founder of Impala Search since November 2018, Ivan has focused on transforming how companies achieve growth through Talent Search, Capital Search, and Change Management. In addition, Ivan holds roles as a Non-Executive Director at HRLabs, an Investor and Advisor at Workademy, and a Mentor at The Mentoring Club gUG, contributing to initiatives aimed at supporting professionals in product management, engineering, and leadership. Ivan previously worked at Annapurna Recruitment, significantly expanding the DACH Division and achieving impressive revenue targets, following a solid foundation obtained through positions at Morgan Stanley and Deloitte. Ivan holds a BA(Honours) in Business with German Studies from the University of Warwick and several qualifications, including an Investment Operations Certificate.
