Art For De-Stress

Stress- one of the most commonly used words by people of the corporate sector. Life is a roller coaster ride filled with everyday challenges of being able to achieve and to sustain a certain standard of lifestyle. To prove yourself, to meet deadlines, to fulfil targets - all these are the underlying causes of a stressful life. These factors are in a way also responsible for the stress in personal lives.

Within us, we have a point which exists at the core - a point of "perfect peace" - a point that is bereft of all tensions and fears. It is to make you aware of this point and help you discover it, we at Impart use paintings and help you to vent out your stress on canvas through colours.
