Charlene Lyons

Charlene Lyons is currently the Deputy CEO at Imparta and a Board Trustee for Leeds Hospitals Charity. With a background that includes founding Lyons Consultancy and serving as CEO at Black Sheep Brewery, Charlene has extensive experience in leadership and governance. They have held various roles, including Commercial Director at Morgans City Living and Associate Director at RSM. Charlene also serves as Vice Chair of the Board at The Grammar School at Leeds and is actively involved in transformational change and people and culture initiatives. They earned a BA Hons in Business and Economics from the University of Leeds.
