Richard Barkey

Richard Barkey has a background in engineering and business, having earned a MA in Engineering from the University of Cambridge in 1985 and an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1990. Richard has worked at Racal as a Design Engineer & Projects Officer, and at McKinsey & Co. in various roles before founding Imparta Ltd. in 1997. As the Founder & CEO of Imparta, Richard has led the company to global success in sales and customer success/experience training and performance improvement.
