Michael Gardner

Michael Gardner is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial operations. Currently serving as Controller at Impartner Software since October 2023, prior roles include AVP Finance Operations at Cornerstone OnDemand and Americas Controller at Micro Focus, where responsibilities encompassed managing country controllers and overseeing various financial teams. A solid foundation was built at The Attachmate Group as Assistant Controller, as well as a 12-year tenure at Novell, progressing from Assistant Controller to Director of Accounting, overseeing consolidations and general ledger functions. Michael also held earlier positions, including Cost Accountant at Smith International. Michael holds an MBA from Utah State University and a BS in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
