Mike Cotton has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Starting in 1998, they worked as VP EMEA at DACG, where they were responsible for strategic development and profit and loss accountability. Following this, they served as CEO/Managing Director at Cybernet Software Systems. Mike then joined Siebel Systems EMEA Limited as the Director of End User Education in EMEA.

In 2002, Mike became the Channel and Alliances Sales Director, EMEA/JPAC at Global Knowledge Networks, where they significantly grew international annual revenue. Mike then worked as Sales Director at Evolve Energy, where they implemented sales and marketing strategies and achieved a 50% increase in qualified opportunities.

In 2010, Mike took on the role of Partner Director, EMEA at SumTotal Systems, where they built a successful partner program and generated significant sales. Simultaneously, they co-founded Tremolo® Software, a start-up focused on channel technology, where they served as VP Sales and Marketing, achieving high growth and profitability. Mike later joined MindLeaders as a Talent Management Specialist, supporting the launch of their saas platform in the European market.

In 2016, Mike co-founded The Channel Meet Up, a company they remained involved with until 2021 as a Co-Founder. Most recently, they joined Impartner Software as a Sales Director in 2018. Overall, Mike's extensive work experience showcases their expertise in sales, marketing, partnership development, and strategic planning.

Mike Cotton attended Grosvenor House School from 1976 to 1982. Mike then went on to study at Stonyhurst College from 1982 to 1987. Finally, they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering at Northumbria University from 1987 to 1991.
