Elbert Hamilton

Elbert Hamilton has extensive experience in desktop deployment and support, with a focus on the installation, upgrade, configuration, and deployment of Windows 7 OS across multiple companies, including Bayside Solutions and ProActive Business Solutions. With a background in advanced technical support at Digital Intelligence System, Elbert has successfully deployed and serviced over 150 desktops and laptops while performing data migrations and backup. Additional roles include janitorial services at Impec Group and helpdesk support positions at John Muir Health and Safeway. Elbert holds A+ certification as a PC Technician and has received technical training from The Stride Center.
