Ian Grant

Ian Grant is a seasoned facilities and project management professional with over 17 years of experience in leading complex initiatives within biotech and technology sectors. They excel in multi-site operations, large-scale relocations, and construction projects, having managed budgets ranging from $3 million to $210 million. As the former Director of Global Facilities, Ian oversaw operations for over 1,200 employees and managed a global budget exceeding $58 million. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of Program Management at Impec Group, where they lead a team in delivering end-to-end facilities relocation solutions. Ian holds a B.S. in Biochemistry and Cell Molecular Biology from California State University – East Bay and has been a certified PMP since 2016.
