Ronald Visser

Ronald Visser is a seasoned Klinisch psycholoog with extensive experience in the field of psychological care and assessment, particularly focused on youth and complex cases. Currently serving at Kracht jeugd en gezin and impegno, Ronald has been actively involved in consultative and specialist mental health services since January 2024. Since July 2012, Ronald has contributed to Jeugdbescherming West and Jeugdbescherming Rotterdam Rijnmond, specializing in placements within closed youth care. Expertise also extends to the Netwerk van Gekwalificeerde Gedragswetenschappers and a previous role in transgender care at Genderhealthcare. Ronald has a rich history in forensic psychology, having worked for three decades at the Nederlands Instituut voor Forensische Psychiatrie en Psychologie. Educational qualifications include a degree in Persoonlijkheidspsychologie and Psychodiagnostiek from Leiden University.
