Grace Yi

Grace Yi, PHR, SHRM-CP, is the Human Resources Director at Impel Company, where they currently lead HR initiatives following the company's rebranding from PumpTech, LLC. With extensive experience in various HR roles, Grace previously worked as an HR Generalist at University Presbyterian Church and managed HR operations at WaterTectonics and Sun Gro Horticulture, providing support for a large workforce. They have also served as a Benefits Administrator and HR Consultant in other organizations. Grace continues their education with an AA in General Business Management from Bellevue College and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business/Human Resources Administration from Western Governors University.
