Raghu Raghavan

Raghu Raghavan has extensive work experience in software development and project management. Raghu has held various roles at different companies throughout their career.

At Impelsys, Raghu served as the Senior Director of Software Development, where they provided strategic leadership, managed stakeholders, and led business development and team management efforts. Raghu also oversaw the delivery and ownership of products for the AHA Business Unit, while also focusing on quality management, process improvements, and risk management.

Prior to their role at Impelsys, Raghu worked at Wipro Technologies in multiple positions. As an Agile Line Manager and Project Manager for Wipro-Ericsson, they successfully transitioned multiple projects and managed them at the offshore development center. Raghu also engaged in client interaction, handled customer issues and escalations, and worked with various stakeholders.

Additionally, Raghu served as an Engineering/Project Manager for Wipro-Cisco, where they had client engagement and release/feature ownership of unified communications contact center SMB product. Raghu also spearheaded product test automation efforts, focusing on quality management, process improvements, and risk management.

Raghu's experience at Wipro includes roles such as Test Manager for Wipro-Toshiba, Project/Program Manager for Wipro-NetApp, Transition Manager for Wipro-Continental Automotive, Tech Lead for Wipro-QLogic, and Module Lead for Wipro-Ericsson and Wipro-Cisco. Throughout these roles, they managed testing projects, handled customer deliverables, engaged in proposal writing and presentations to clients, and provided leadership and technical guidance to project teams.

Before joining Wipro, Raghu worked as a Consultant at Cisco, where they served as a test engineer for various router features and conducted complete testing and scripting using TCL/TK.

Raghu Raghavan earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical and Electronics from Bangalore University, completing their education from 1996 to 2000.
