At IMPERA, we do not manage disputes; we guarantee results. We are the technological infrastructure that solves the greatest threat to international arbitration: award non-compliance.

Through our ISCA (Institutional Smart Contract Arbitration) model, we connect the legal certainty of the Arbitral Institution with the effectiveness of Blockchain technology.

Our value proposition:
- Effectiveness: We eliminate the need for exequatur. The award translates into automated compliance via Smart Contracts.
- Institutional control: The Institution acts as the validating "Oracle", maintaining authority and procedural guarantees.
- Invisible technology: Using IMPERA requires no technical knowledge or complexity for the parties or the arbitral institution; we make it a reality.

𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐬: R&D project in validation phase. We are seeking Arbitral Institutions interested in collaborating on our pilot program (Sandbox) and offering guaranteed award compliance.
