Luke Greeves is a seasoned global strategist and operations leader with over 30 years of experience at the intersection of philanthropy, innovation, and social change. They served as Caribbean Regional Development Advisor for the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, where they established programs to enhance service delivery and community health. As the Executive Director of International Management & Planning for the American Red Cross, Greeves led a $150 million annual program portfolio and managed extensive international operations. Currently, they hold the position of VP Operations & Strategy at Prysm Initiative and serve as a Board Member for Impera Analytics. Greeves earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from La Salle University and an MBA in International Marketing from American University.
