Michael Green is the CEO of Social Progress Imperative and has been in this role since 2013. Prior to this position, they served as a journalist at Polskie Radio S.A. from 1994 to 1996 and held multiple roles at the Department for International Development between 2003 and 2007, including Head of Information and Civil Society. Michael has also worked as an economist and author from 2007 to 2013, publishing several notable books on economics and philanthropy. They currently serve as Chairman of Impera Analytics since 2023 and have lectured in economics at Uniwersytet Warszawski from 1992 to 1996. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford.
