Aimee Sutton

Aimee Sutton has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Aimee is currently the Director of Product Engineering at Imperas Software Ltd. since April 2022. Before that, they worked at Metrics Design Automation as a Product Manager for Digital Simulation from August 2021 to April 2022, and as a Senior Application Engineer from November 2017 to September 2021. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at XtremeEDA Corp., starting as a Senior Consultant in June 2005 and eventually becoming a Principal Verification Consultant, a role they held from June 2005 to October 2017. Aimee also briefly served as a Senior Consultant from June 2005 to July 2010. Aimee's earlier experience includes working as a Verification Lead on contract with Gennum Corporation from October 2004 to June 2005, and as a Verification Engineer on contract with Texas Instruments from August 2004 to October 2004. Aimee began their career as a Verification Engineer at Alcatel in 2000 and stayed there until 2003.

Aimee Sutton completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, where they attended from 1995 to 2000. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Digital Product Management: Modern Fundamentals from Coursera in August 2021.
