Frank Tobin

Frank Tobin has worked for three companies over the past 18 years. In 2021, they began working as a Data Scientist for Imperative Execution Inc. Prior to that, they were a VP Execution Advisory Services at Citi from 2016-2021. From 2003-2016, they worked as a Principal Software Engineer for Automated Trading Desk / Citi.

Frank Tobin holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Frank is also certified as a Broker and Registered Representative with FINRA.
