Sharon Flanagan has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Sharon began their career at Morgan Stanley in 1990 as a Software Engineer, then advanced to Development Manager/Client Technology and Vice President/ Prime Brokerage IT. In 2002, they joined Clinton Group, Inc. as a Business Analyst/Project Manager and was promoted to Senior Project Manager for middle and back office systems development, trading desk projects, compliance systems and databases. Sharon was responsible for software integration, security master maintenance, trade capture and processing, data feeds, reconciliation, position generation, pricing, P&L calculators and corporate action processing. In 2019, they joined Imperative Execution Inc. as a Senior Trading Operations Engineer and was later promoted to Principal Trading Operations Engineer.

Sharon Flanagan obtained a B.A. in Economics from Mills College in 1987 and an M.A. in Economics from Cornell University in 1989. Sharon then obtained a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in March 2002 and a Certified ScrumMaster\u00ae (CSM\u00ae) from the Scrum Alliance in February 2019.
