Mark Welch

Mark Welch is the Co-Founder and Chief Operations and Projects Officer at Imperative Global, where they are responsible for overseeing business operations and project execution aligned with the company's global strategy. Prior to this, Mark held various leadership roles at KBR, Inc., including Senior Vice President of Strategic Business Development and Vice President of LNG Projects, focusing on strategic growth and major project execution across the energy sector. Mark began their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Orica and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Henley Business School, along with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from UNSW.
