Tom Erickson

Tom Erickson has over 35 years of work experience. Tom began their career in 1983 as a Systems Engineer at Burroughs Corporation. In 1986, they moved to Dayton Hudson Corporation where they worked as a Financial Analyst. In 1987, they joined Allstate Insurance as a Securities Analyst. Tom then moved to Wessels Arnold & Henderson in 1990, where they worked as a Partner. In 2000, they became a General Partner at Bluestream Ventures. In 2011, they co-founded First Green Partners and served as Co-President and Director. Since 2019, they have been Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Imperative Ventures.

Tom Erickson received their MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 1986, where they studied Strategy, Finance, and Accounting. Prior to this, they received their BA from St. Olaf College in 1983, where they studied Math and Computer Science.
