Imperial delivers commercial interior fit-outs that make spaces market-ready, compliant, and tenant-ready, with speed and uncompromising quality.
Operating across Central and Greater London, and South East, we transform commercial spaces through CAT A delivery, fully fitted space delivery, and tailored tenant fit-outs.
Founded in 2014 by Danny Hakimi and Steve Summers, Imperial has a reputation as a responsive, technically proficient, and commercially minded delivery partner. We work across office and commercial interiors, from light refurbishments to full commercial fit-outs.
We’re trusted by landlords, asset managers, project managers, cost consultants, agents, and building surveyors to deliver works that protect asset value, reduce void periods, and meet exacting stakeholder requirements.
Whether preparing a vacant space for market, delivering a high-quality CAT A spec, fitting out a fully furnished unit, or managing the fit-out for a new tenant, we provide fast, cost-effective solutions aligned to leasing strategy and building performance goals.
Imperial brings structure, pace, and reliability to every job, with technical reporting, communication, and clear lines of accountability from pre-start to handover.
We prioritise safety, sustainability, and compliance. Our team works to the highest standards and is structured to support fast-moving timelines without compromising care or quality.
We also collaborate with agents and landlord design teams or introduce trusted design partners where needed. Every project is delivered with attention to detail and commercial clarity, enabling landlords and occupiers to move quickly and confidently.
