Clay Dibble

Clay Dibble has over three decades of work experience in sales and leadership roles. Clay is currently the Vice President of Sales for the Texas region at Imperial Dade, where they are responsible for the development of sales. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Sales at Imperial Dade from 2018 to 2023, where they played a key role in the company's growth. Before joining Imperial Dade, Dibble served as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Gulf Coast Paper Co., Inc., where they directed sales and marketing efforts and managed the company's eCommerce presence. Clay has also held various roles at AFFLINK, including being a member of the advisory board and serving on the commercial real estate and global accounts steering committees. Earlier in their career, Dibble worked as a Branch Manager at Gulf Coast Paper Company and as a Wound Closure Specialist at US Surgical. Dibble started their career in sales as a Sales Representative at Gulf Coast Paper Co., Inc. Overall, Dibble's experience spans a diverse range of industries, including foodservice packaging, facilities maintenance supplies, wholesale distribution, and medical supplies.

Clay Dibble holds a BBA degree in Management from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
