Michael Starr

Michael Starr has extensive experience in management and operations, currently serving as Branch Manager at Imperial Dade since June 2015, where oversight includes 8 managers and over 40 employees, achieving year-over-year profit growth of 8-12% and maintaining fulfillment rates at 98%. Recognized as a top emerging executive by Afflink, Michael is also dedicated to promoting safety in the workplace. Previously, as Operations Manager at CLEARLINK from January 2012 to June 2015, significant improvements in employee engagement and profitability were accomplished. Early career roles included Customer Retention Manager and Sales Executive, followed by a position as a Technician at Cache Valley Extermination, where integrated pest management solutions were developed. Michael is currently pursuing a Project Management certificate at Ensign College, complementing an Associate's degree from Utah State University.
