Omar M. has a diverse work experience starting in 2013 with Deloitte, where they worked as a Senior Assistant until 2014. Omar then moved to KPMG US, where they served as a Senior Associate Advisory from 2014 to 2015. Following that, they joined PwC as a Senior Associate specializing in Financial Due Diligence from 2015 to 2016.

In 2017, Omar joined Imperial Dade, where they have held various roles. Omar started as a Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst from 2017 to 2019, then became a Finance Manager from 2019 to 2020. Omar continued to progress within the company, becoming a Senior Manager Corporate Finance from 2020 to 2021, and then a Director of Finance from 2021 to 2023.

Currently, Omar holds the position of Vice President of Data & Analytics at Imperial Dade, a role they started in 2022. In this role, they are responsible for devising and implementing the company's Data and Analytics strategy, managing a team of 15 professionals, and overseeing various areas such as data collection, data warehousing, and business intelligence. Omar is also involved in sourcing and vetting SaaS partners and leading internal and outsourced application developers. Additionally, they play a key role in collecting business requirements from top-level executives and ensuring the company's culture is upheld.
