Bernice van der Westhuizen Smith

Bernice van der Westhuizen Smith is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and accounting. Currently serving as a Senior Finance Manager at Imperial, Bernice previously held the role of Accountant at Imperial Managed Solutions Namibia from February 2016 to May 2022. Bernice's career began at Intercape Ferreira Mainliner in February 1993, where responsibilities evolved into the Financial Controller/Assistant Financial Manager position until September 2015. This long tenure at Intercape allowed for the development of numerous skills and significant business expertise as the company expanded into a multi-national entity across Southern Africa. Bernice holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Stellenbosch University and a Senior Certificate from Wennie du Plessis in Namibia.
