Eric Simoes

Eric Simoes is a seasoned professional in the finance and real estate sectors, currently serving as a Senior Loan Officer at Imperium Lending since June 2022. Prior to this role, Eric held the position of Senior Mortgage Banker at Rocket Mortgage from September 2020 to May 2022, and worked as an Associate Realtor in the Pointes from July 2019 to August 2020. Eric’s career began at Micro Rim Co, where responsibilities as an Injection Molding Press Operator were managed from June 2013 to August 2020. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Wayne State University, obtained between 2015 and 2019, and graduated with a High School Diploma from Grosse Pointe North High School in 2015.
