Miles Cuthbert has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and responsibilities.

From 2019 to present, he has worked at Impero Software as the Global Technical Support Manager. In this role, he manages three regional teams covering EMEA, AMER, and APAC, ensuring the success of the ContentKeeper acquisition. Miles also established a presence in Manila, bringing together a diverse group of people to deliver efficiency and cost-effective solutions.

Prior to this, from 2017 to 2019, Miles worked at Axiomatic Technology Ltd as an Installations & Support Technician. Here, he provided exemplary technical support to users of counting sensors and software, ensuring accurate data for major high-street retailers.

Before that, from 2015 to 2017, he gained practical experience as an IT Service Technician at Quick IT Repairs. Miles was responsible for diagnosing and repairing various electronic devices.

Overall, Miles Cuthbert has proven experience in technical support management, installations and support, and IT service technician roles.

Miles Cuthbert began his education at Nottingham University Samworth Academy in 2012 and completed his studies there in 2015. Miles then attended Nottingham College from 2016 to 2017, where he obtained a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Computer/Networking. During this time, he also enrolled at the Cisco Networking Academy and completed a course in IT Essentials in 2017. In the same year, Miles joined Remit Apprenticeships and pursued a Systems and Principles for IT Professionals degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. Miles also received several additional certifications such as a Higher National Diploma in ICT Systems and Principles for IT Professionals from Remit Training and an IT Networking Extended Diploma from Nottingham College in 2017. Additionally, Miles obtained certifications in Food Hygiene and Safety Catering from High Speed Training Ltd in 2017, CISCO IT from Cisco in 2017, and ECDL IT Application Skills from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in 2015. Miles was also recognised as a RITTech Professional by BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in 2017.
