Nick Broadhurst

Nick Broadhurst has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Nick began their career at VF Corporation as an HR Officer from September 2008 to January 2010. Nick then worked as an HR Advisor at CDA from January 2010 to July 2012. Following this, Nick became an HR Business Partner at Hitachi Capital from August 2012 to April 2014, where they played a key role in monthly business performance review meetings and implemented organizational change programs. After this, they worked as an HR Manager on a fixed-term contract at Galliford Try from April 2014 to December 2014, where they introduced HR planning and created an engagement plan.

Nick's most recent work experience was at Impero Software. Nick started as an HR Manager in December 2014, responsible for people plans, payroll, and organizational change projects. Nick then became an HR Director in January 2018, overseeing global HR, attending board meetings, and leading HR strategy and planning. Nick ultimately advanced to the role of Vice President of Human Resources in February 2017, where they had full responsibility for HR across UK and US locations, implemented HR strategy aligned with business strategy, and managed board-level restructures.

Nick Broadhurst completed their Bachelor's Degree in Law at The University of Sheffield from 1998 to 2001. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in International Studies at the University of Leeds, which they completed from 2002 to 2003. Later, from 2007 to 2009, they attended Nottingham Trent University, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, focusing on Human Resources Management and Services.
