Federico Stier has a diverse work experience in the fields of marketing, branding, and strategy. Federico started their career as a Marketing Analyst at Telecom Personal in 2006. Federico then worked as an academic assistant in Startups & Investments at Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires from 2006 to 2008. In 2007, they joined SC Johnson as a Brand Manager and stayed there until 2010. From 2010 to 2011, Federico worked as a Brand Manager at Pernod Ricard UK. In 2012, they joined 1HQ Brand Agency as a Strategy Account Director. Federico then moved to Impero in 2013, where they worked as a Strategy & Client Partner, growing the client base and playing a significant role in securing the Beefeater Global account. After three years, Federico co-founded and became the Managing Director of Impero Buenos Aires in 2016, overseeing the agency's growth and successful projects for top clients like AbInBev, PepsiCo, and Unilever US.
Federico Stier attended Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on strategic orientation.
