Andrew Flint

Andrew Flint has a strong background in product development, engineering, and quality control. Andrew is currently working as a Product Development Director at Impinj since October 2019. Prior to this, Andrew held various roles at Synapse Product Development, including Director of Product Realization, Principal Manufacturing Engineer, and Director of Engineering. Andrew also worked at Microsoft as a Director of HW Engineering and Principal Engineer in Xbox Hardware, and at T-Mobile as a Test & Reliability Engineering Director. Andrew began their career at AT&T Wireless as a Principal Supplier Quality Engineer. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in leading teams, improving development processes, driving product launches, and ensuring quality control.

Andrew Flint has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maine. Andrew also has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Technological University. Additionally, they have a certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
