Benjamin L. Blanton

Benjamin L. Blanton is a highly experienced engineer with a strong background in hardware design. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Hardware Design Engineer at Impinj since September 2017, Benjamin previously held the position of Senior Hardware Engineer at SYNEXXUS Inc. from November 2015 to August 2017, where responsibilities included leading the development of smart LED street lighting systems. Prior experience includes a role at NIITEK, Inc. as Systems Engineer, focusing on ground penetrating radar solutions, and at Lockheed Martin as Senior Hardware Engineer, overseeing the development of submarine systems. Benjamin's career began with an internship at Unisys, contributing to FPGA and ASIC design projects. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Penn State University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
