Travis Hill

Travis Hill has extensive work experience in the field of DevOps and software engineering. Travis is currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering - Factory Software at Impinj since February 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Software Engineering Manager at Impinj from April 2020 to February 2022.

Before joining Impinj, Travis founded EDOS LLC in October 2018, where they served as a Senior DevOps Consultant. Travis also worked at Beachbody as a Principal DevOps Engineer from June 2019 to February 2020.

Travis has held various other positions in their career, including Senior Site Reliability Engineer at the University of Phoenix from February 2019 to June 2019, and DevOps Lead/TPM at zData Inc. - an atos business from March 2018 to September 2018.

Travis has also worked as a Senior DevOps Manager at Impinj from March 2015 to December 2017, a Senior DevOps Engineer at Nordstrom from May 2014 to March 2015, a Senior System Engineer at Wizards of the Coast from January 2014 to May 2014, and a Systems Engineer (Wizards of the Coast) at AltaSource Group from July 2013 to January 2014.

Travis started their career as a Systems Engineer at HTC from September 2012 to July 2013.

Throughout their experience, Travis has demonstrated expertise in various areas, including cloud migration, CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, and automation pipelines.

Travis Hill attended Boise State University, where they studied Computer and Information Sciences, General. Travis also holds several certifications, including ICAgile Certified Professional - Foundations of DevOps, SAFe 4 Agilist, SAFe 4 Practitioner Certification, SAFe 4 Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Master, and RHCSA/RHCT - Red Hat Certified System Administrator/Technician.
